2. Booking

2.1 Time Allocation

Please allocate sufficient time for your journey, especially for airport transfers with specific check-in times. Reading Airport Minicab Link is not liable for delays caused by inadequate time allocation or unpreparedness at the scheduled collection time.

2.2 Vehicle Size and Luggage

It is your responsibility to request a car suitable for your party's size and luggage. We do not guarantee transportation of excessive luggage, and each child, regardless of age, is considered a separate passenger.

2.3 Wheelchair Access

Requests for wheelchair access should be communicated at the time of booking.

3. Prices & Payment

3.1 Quotations

Our quotes are based on information provided by you and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify the quote for significant changes to the itinerary.

3.2 Waiting Period

A 45-minute waiting period is included in our quote after the landing time, along with airport parking costs. Any waiting time beyond this will be charged at the standard Reading Airport Minicab Link waiting rate.

3.3 Booking Confirmation

Upon accepting our quote, review the booking confirmation carefully. Failure to notify Reading Airport Minicab Link of any discrepancies may result in delays or additional costs.

3.4 Payment Methods

Payments for our services can be made in cash, credit card, or debit card.

4. The Service

4.1 Passenger Behavior

You are responsible for the behavior of all passengers during the journey. Charges may apply for vehicle cleaning if it is soiled, damaged, or negatively impacted by a passenger.

4.2 Restrictions

Eating, drinking, or smoking in the car is strictly prohibited.

4.3 Child Safety

All children in the car must be appropriately restrained based on their height, weight, and age.

4.4 Passenger Limit

We are not permitted to exceed the passenger limit specified by licensing or insurance.

5. Cancellations

5.1 Timely Cancellations

Contact us promptly for cancellations. Charges will apply for cancellations after dispatch, based on the driver's time and distance covered.

5.2 Online Booking Cancellations

Cancellations made before vehicle dispatch through our online system may incur charges.

6. Liability

6.1 Delays

While we strive for punctuality, Reading Airport Minicab Link is not liable for losses due to delays beyond our control.

6.2 Luggage

Your luggage is carried at your own risk.

6.3 Breakdowns

In case of a vehicle breakdown, we will endeavor to provide an alternative car promptly.

6.4 Indemnification

You will not indemnify Reading Airport Minicab Link for expenses, damages, costs, or losses resulting from any act or omission by anyone in your party.

6.5 Limitation of Liability

No party can exclude or limit liability for personal injury or death caused by negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, wilful default, or matters deemed unenforceable by applicable laws.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or refuse a booking immediately if any vehicle or driver is at risk due to abuse, violence, or damage from you or any other passenger. No refunds will be provided for terminated journeys.

8. Miscellaneous

8.1 Subcontracting

Reading Airport Minicab Link may subcontract obligations as per this agreement.

8.2 Changes to Terms

We may alter terms and conditions, and changes will be reflected on this page. Existing bookings will be honored at the rates applicable at the time of booking.

8.3 Data Protection

We handle information in accordance with the Data Protection Act of 1988.

8.4 Entire Agreement

This agreement constitutes the complete understanding between Reading Airport Minicab Link and yourself.

8.5 Third-Party Rights

No third party holds the right to enforce rights under this agreement without a written agreement.

9. Disputes

Any dispute or claim must be made within 30 days from the booking pickup date. Reading Airport Minicab Link is not obliged to entertain claims or disputes made after this timeframe.
